Hello,
My name is Carl Settles Jr, Founder/Executive Director of the Media Communications Council. I have a varied background which includes 6 plus years in the public classrooms and 20 years spent in educational publishing, music, advertising and software development. Since 2008, I have traveled across Texas offering youth free tours, workshops and portfolio development opportunities in media and communications related industries.
